Sixty6 Sweepstakes Rules & Terms
This document is the Player Agreement (the “Terms”) governing your use of the Sixty6 platform at sixty6-casino.net (the “Platform”), operated by the Company. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these sweepstakes terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
Sixty6 operates as a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. No purchase necessary to play or win. These Terms, together with the Official Rules referenced throughout this document, form the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation.
Player Agreement Overview
These Terms apply to every visitor, registered player, and account holder on the Platform. They describe how the Platform functions, what is expected of you as a player, and how disputes between you and the Company are resolved.
The Company may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or operational practice. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this page, and your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read together with the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where a conflict arises between this page and the Official Rules on a specific promotion, the Official Rules for that promotion govern.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You and the Company each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in force, and the unenforceable part will be severed to the minimum extent required by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.
Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
To use the Platform you must meet the eligibility criteria set out below and in the Official Rules. By registering, you represent and warrant that each statement is true.
- You are at least the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, as further specified at registration.
- You are a legal resident of an eligible U.S. jurisdiction as specified at registration; the Platform is not available in every jurisdiction, and sweepstakes participation is void where prohibited.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company or its affiliated service providers.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where participation would violate local law.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and belongs to you.
- You are not using the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person.
The Company may request proof of identity, age, or residency at any time, including before releasing prize redemptions, and may suspend an account pending verification. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Digital License and Social Token Framework
The Platform uses two distinct virtual currencies, and understanding the difference between them is central to these sweepstakes terms and conditions. Gold Coins are a play-only social token: they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, cannot be transferred between accounts, and exist solely to enable casual, free-to-play entertainment on the Platform.
Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry mechanism. Sweeps Coins may be redeemable for prizes where legally permitted, subject to the redemption thresholds, verification steps, and other conditions described in the Official Rules. Sweeps Coins likewise have no purchase price and cannot be purchased directly.
Your use of both currencies is governed by a limited, revocable, non-transferable license granted by the Company. This license permits access to Platform features for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. The Company retains ownership of all virtual currencies at all times, and no player acquires any property interest in Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.
The Company may adjust coin balances, correct errors, or void coins awarded in error, including coins resulting from a technical malfunction, promotional abuse, or a violation of these Terms. No purchase necessary to play or win remains true at every stage of participation.
Account Security and Profile Administration
Each player may hold only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
You must notify the Company promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your profile information current, including your name, contact details, and any information required to process a prize redemption. Inaccurate or outdated information may delay or prevent redemption.
The Company reserves the right to review account activity, request supporting documentation, and place holds on redemptions while an account is under review for accuracy or compliance purposes.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of coins, or termination of your account:
- Creating or controlling more than one account, directly or through another person.
- Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or emulators to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting a software bug, coding error, or technical malfunction for personal advantage.
- Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity or payment information.
- Colluding with other players or Platform staff to manipulate outcomes.
- Attempting to interfere with, disable, or reverse-engineer the Platform’s systems.
Where the Company reasonably believes fraud or abuse has occurred, it may void associated coins, withhold or reverse a redemption, and pursue any remedy available under law. The Company may also report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All content on the Platform, including the Sixty6 name, logos, graphics, game presentations, and underlying software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content to the Company through the Platform or support channels, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt that content for any purpose connected with the Platform.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
The Platform depends on third-party infrastructure, network connectivity, and software that may be interrupted for reasons outside the Company’s control. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform.
In the event of a verified technical malfunction, including but not limited to display errors, incorrect coin crediting, or interrupted sessions, the Company reserves the right to void affected results, adjust balances, and take any corrective action it considers appropriate under the Official Rules.
Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, power failures, and internet service disruptions) may temporarily suspend access. The Company will restore access as reasonably practicable but is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliated service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Company’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greatest extent permitted by that law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Platform.
Termination and General Provisions
The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory reasons, or at its discretion where continued access is not appropriate. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately, and any unredeemed Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins may be forfeited, subject to the Official Rules and applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Company’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. These Terms, along with the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform.
These sweepstakes terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
